The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to anticipate the needs of senior executives in a dynamic environment.If you're proactive, resourceful, and ready to handle diverse responsibilities with professionalism and discretion, we want to hear from you!This role is a 12-month maternity leave cover.
You will typically spend 2 or 3 days a week in the office, with the remaining days working from home.Responsibilities:Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for multiple executives.Coordinate and prioritise incoming requests and messages, ensuring timely responses and follow-up actions.Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents on behalf of senior executives.Act as a liaison between senior executives and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and distribute meeting minutes as needed.Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes.Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned, collaborating with cross-functional teams as necessary.Plan and organise team events, such as all hands off-site meetings, retreats, and team-building activities, to promote collaboration and morale.Coordinate team-based reward and recognition programs to acknowledge and celebrate the achievements and contributions of team members.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in handling executive matters.Anticipate and proactively address potential issues or conflicts, demonstrating problem-solving skills and sound judgment.Provide support to other members of the administrative team as needed.Minimum Requirements:Experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives.We are flexible on industry exposure; however, coming from a fast-paced environment is highly desired.Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, Confluence, and Jira.Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.Excellent organisation and time-management skills.Background in events highly regarded.A track record of excellence in high-performance settings.We're Flex First – We've embraced a hybrid, flexible working model that adapts to team members' needs and lifestyles.We offer extended Paid Parental Leave: we celebrate our growing Lendi Group family with up to 26 weeks leave for primary carers and up to 4 weeks for secondary carers.An additional week's Loyalty Leave each year after reaching 3 years' service.We are a people-first company that invests in initiatives to promote a healthy work environment, such as offering an Employee Assistance Program and social groups such as our industry-leading Women in Technology group.Employee health and wellbeing are paramount at Lendi Group.
