This role also provides support to other teams within the business unit as required.Note: This role is fixed-term until November 2025.Key AccountabilitiesManage timelines, processes, communications and documentation to support the coordination and delivery of the Faculty examinations and assessments to ensure a high standard of service delivery.Provide secretariat support to relevant examination and assessment committees and panels, including preparation of agendas and briefs, organising and attending meetings, producing minutes, drafting reports and correspondence, and supporting the implementation of committee decisions, policies and procedures.Arrange calibration/training sessions and provide support to committees, panels, examiners, hospital administrative staff and other non-staff members involved in conducting Faculty assessments.Maintain records of candidate details, applications and results to ensure accuracy and reliability of information.Provide general administrative support to the Faculty Examinations team, and also to the Divisional Examinations team where required.Any other duties as may be reasonably expected and which are commensurate with the level of the role.Desired Skills and ExperienceRelevant qualifications or an equivalent combination of relevant training and/or experience in administration.Previous experience in an administrative support role in a busy, customer-focused work environment.Previous experience working with Committees in a Secretariat function.Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.Effective planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines and high workloads without compromising quality and standards.A commitment to professional and ethical client service.High degree of accuracy and attention to detail, including proofreading skills.Proven initiative and problem-solving skills.How You ApplyTo apply, please submit your Cover Letter and CV by COB 13 November 2024.Please note, applications will be reviewed as they are received, and the selection process will commence immediately.Please contact ****** if you have any questions.
