This commercial builder in Adelaide does new builds, refurbishments and fit outs across numerous commercial construction sectors. They have for years been operating in this space and are well known around Adelaide. They are looking for an experienced Estimator to join the business.
Your Next Role
You will prepare estimates for works to be completed on numerous commercial projects. There are some sizeable projects in the pipeline so playing a key role in assisting to secure them. You will identify labour, material and time components and provide accurate costing for tenders and proposals. There will assistance to this role internally and externally to ensure your success.
IS IT A FIT FOR YOU?
To be considered successful you will have years of experience working for commercial builders in Australia as an Estimator. You will have excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, sub contractor relationship management and a versatile skill set with initiative and great communication skills. This is a great company which offers long-term employment.
