The CLIENT A well-established Commercial builder with projects nationally are looking to add to their team a COMMERCIAL ESTIMATOR in VIC. With over 12 years in the industry and their fast growth within the commercial sector, they're looking to increase the number of projects within this space.THE ROLEReporting to Senior Management, you'll work closely with the internal team and the businesses clients to ensure project estimates are correct, competitive and in-line with customers' requirements. Your focus is providing clarity to all stakeholders involved. You will be expected to have the capacity to operate autonomously.General ResponsibilitiesPrepare estimates for cost of materials, equipment for contract bids, quotations, schematic drawings, and specifications.Liaise effectively with suppliers, contractors & customers to ensure tenders are completed.Regular attendance to site to meet with Prepare tender handover documentation.Work independently without Processing project variations in a timely and professional manner.SKILLS/EXPERIENCE3-5 years' experience on Fit Out or Commercial construction projects.Experience in pricing jobs from $1mill - $15mill will be required.Strong time management and communication skills - written & verbal.Proven history of estimating retail projects in-line with budgets, specifications, and timelines.Good understanding of Australian Building Standards.BENEFITS$120K - $150K package.Career progression opportunities for people wanting to advance themselves.Exposure to a diverse range of project values and difficulty.To register your interest please apply via the online function with an; up-to-date resume and cover letter detailed project list.
