Front Office & Guest Services (Hospitality & Tourism)We are seeking a creative, energetic and enthusiastic person who understands the value and importance of exceptional service at every juncture to join our Estate Host and Reservations team.Your role will predominantly consist of greeting and welcoming guests, providing information and assistance, some retail (selling Sculpture Park tickets, merchandise and wine) and taking reservations for our restaurants, both in person and over the phone or via email.You will also be involved in the creation of some of our digital content - capturing and editing images and footage of events, the dining spaces and the Sculpture Park and working with the Communications Manager to build a catalogue of content to be used in our socials and email campaigns.You will be calm, confident and engaging, and able to complete shifts of up to eight hours on your feet, with some heavy lifting and lots of walking required.This will be a part time role with regular rostered days, most likely Friday - Monday. As we are open 7 days a week, consistent availability on both Saturdays and Sundays is imperative.Predominantly open during the day, you will enjoy the majority of your shifts finishing by 6pm, but there will be a requirement for you to work at least one evening a week, finishing no later than 9pm.
