Proudly providing safe and reliable water to customers in Moreton Bay, Sunshine Coast and Noosa, we are a water utility serving one of the fastest growing regions in the country.About the role:This opportunity will see you provide support, maintenance, and optimisation of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system components to deliver upon business priorities. You will also act as a key contact to manage the relationship with technology vendor partners and resolve incidents and escalations as they arise.Play a key role in helping us plan and deliver the future strategic direction of ERP system improvement initiatives to maintain a strong and robust ERP environment. Some key responsibilities include:Configuration of system changes where possible and appropriate.User access management and maintenance of system parameters.Build strong relationships and work closely with third party vendors to enable the resolution of issues to be effectively and efficiently managed.Maintenance of comprehensive systems documentation and business rules.Coordinate and plan the review of software releases, fixes and upgrades with technical teams and users.Provide maintenance and support for the end-to-end data flows and integrations with other systems.Support with the delivery of new functionality and enhancements to core information systems to support improved customer and user experience.Participate in relevant Information Systems User Groups and support the delivery of enhancements that are requested.About you:To contribute to Unitywater's values of Reliability, Safety, Honesty, Integrity, Efficiency, One Team, Innovation, you will demonstrate the following skills and qualities for the role:Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills including the proven ability to effectively communicate and influence decisions with all levels of internal and external customers.Proven expertise in technology service availability, performance, and capacity.Customer focus - able to deal with internal clients in a positive manner and able to influence the voice of the customer across the business.Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships with Third Party Vendors and internal stakeholders.Ability to translate a customer experience need into system design and business requirements.Good influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to explore alternatives to reach outcomes that are supported and accepted by various parties.C Class driver's license.Highly regarded; Previous experience administering a finance or HR/Payroll system, experience in Technology One.Working at Unitywater:Why is a career at Unitywater a pretty good choice?
