ERP Business System Trainer Fixed term contract to Mid March 2025 – working across business hours Monday to Friday Based in our Brisbane Support Office, 200 Mary Street Brisbane and while there is flexibility to work from home at times availability to attend site as and when required is essential About The Position We are currently upgrading our Navision 2015 system to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and are looking for a Trainer to develop and deliver training to RetireAustralia's team members The trainer will create training materials, conduct training sessions, and provide support to existing users as well as create the Learner Program for new starters to enhance their knowledge and utilisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Reporting to the Project Manager you will be responsible for the following: Develop comprehensive training/assessment programs and materials for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central: Conduct training sessions for end-users, both in-person and virtually: Collaborate with the ERP Upgrade Project Team to understand system functionalities and user requirements: Create RA user guides, manuals, assessment instruments and other instructional materials: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to user's post-implementation: Gather feedback from users to improve training content and delivery methods: Assist in the development of training schedules and manage training logistics: reate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central training programs for existing learners and new learners joining the organisation: Essential Criteria As part of the application process, you will be required to provide a National Police Check, proof of right to work in Australia, participate in pre-employment assessment, verification of identification and qualifications.
Additionally, you will have: Proven experience as a trainer with ERP systems; ideally of both Navision and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Strong understanding ERP systems and their functionalities.
Experience in developing training materials and conducting training sessions.
Familiarity with finance processes and terminology.
Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certification in training and development or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in using training software and tools.
