As a Corporate Office Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for the company's esteemed clients, visitors, and stakeholders.
Your role will be vital in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere in their corporate office.
Your exceptional communication skills, professionalism, and attention to detail will contribute to the overall success of our organisation.

Responsibilities: Meeting Room Coordination:  Ensure meeting rooms are ready and welcoming Front Desk Operations : Manage incoming calls, screen and direct them appropriately.
Customer Service:  Be the welcoming face for visitors, providing assistance.
Diary and Calendar Management:  Efficiently schedule meetings and appointments.
Event Coordination:  Assist with office events and ensure smooth execution.
Presentation and Detail:  Maintain a professional appearance and attention to detail.
About You Excellent customer service skills (hospitality background highly regarded)  Excellent verbal and written communication skills  Proactive and eager to learn Excellent organisation and time management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
High school diploma or equivalent.
