An opportunity to play a vital role in growing a healthcare software portfolio across multiple global regions.
Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, this role offers the opportunity to not only foster existing Australian-based enterprise account relationships but also to drive new sales within the hospital sector. Success in this role will result in expansion to other industries and internationally.
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of clinical experience, technical acumen, and enterprise sales expertise to effectively cater to the specialised needs of our clients.
The HighlightsNewly created roleWell-established and growing company with existing pipelineSt Kilda Road office location with flexible remote working optionsFull-time or part-time consideredResponsibilitiesEnterprise salesDrive sales campaigns for new accounts and strategic initiatives for account growthManage existing pipeline of contacts and convert them into customersDevelop and execute strategic sales plans, including market analysis, target client identification, and sales pitch customisationEngage with new leads to build up a lead pipelineEnterprise account managementBuild rapport with existing customers, optimising for retention and upsell opportunities.Understand and anticipate client needs, providing customised solutions and seamless support to ensure the highest level of satisfactionConduct regular reviews with clients to ensure their needs are being met and to identify opportunities for the expansion of servicesServe as a liaison between clients and Modeus' support, product, and technical teams, ensuring seamless service deliveryPartnership managementDevelop a trusted relationship with key stakeholders across partner organisationsLook for collaboration opportunities, optimising for additional revenueNegotiate and manage contractsReporting across a suite of productsCustomer advocacyGather user experience and product functionality feedback from existing customers.Work with product managers to inform the product roadmap.Minimum RequirementsA minimum 5 years professional experience in a similar role, preferably customer-facing in the software/healthcare industryA clinical background (pharmacy or nursing preferred) combined with experience in enterprise or health sector sales.Track record of managing large accounts and meeting sales targetsIn-depth knowledge of, or experience within the healthtech landscape, specifically hospitalsProficiency with CRM systems, ideally HubSpotExperience in local and international environmentsAbout ModeusModeus is a growing healthcare software company based in Melbourne that services multiple industries within the healthcare sector, including pharmacy, veterinary, aged care, hospital and others.
