About the Role
Kelsian Group Limited is seeking an experienced Enterprise Integration Developer to join our Group Information Technology team.
This critical role will drive the design, development, and maintenance of seamless integrations across our core systems, focusing on large Global systems such as Workday Finance and Human Capital Management (HCM), and Safety.
You will work to enable smooth, secure data flows between applications and scalable solutions that support our ongoing digital transformation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Integration Design and Development Lead the design and implementation of integrations across Workday, ERP, CRM, payroll, safety system, Data & Analytics platform, and other business applications.
Develop custom and pre-built integrations using Workday Studio, Integration Cloud, EIB, and REST/SOAP APIs and assist in the selection of an integration platform (iPaaS).
Collaborate with IT teams and architects to create efficient data flows meeting cross-departmental needs, following data governance principles and policies.
Global Systems Focused Integrations Develop and manage integrations for our Safety System as well as Workday Finance and HCM, ensuring secure data flows with other systems.
Maintain a current understanding of Workday's integration capabilities to optimise solutions.
Cross-System Data Exchange and Automation Build scalable workflows that automate data exchange across platforms using APIs and middleware solutions.
Optimise integrations for minimal downtime and high performance.
Perform data mapping and transformation using XML, JSON, and other standard formats.
Ensure data structures across systems are compatible and that data integrity is maintained.
Testing, Monitoring, and Troubleshooting Perform unit and integration testing, monitor performance, and resolve integration issues promptly.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Documentation Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors to align integration solutions with business needs.
Maintain clear documentation of workflows, data mappings, and technical configurations.
Key Performance Indicators
Timely and successful delivery of system integrations with minimal post-implementation issues.
Effective collaboration to meet integration and business requirements.
High system uptime and data accuracy through continuous monitoring and optimisation.
Up-to-date, detailed documentation of integration workflows.
Integration workflows that conform to IT governance, policies, and standards.
Monitor the health, performance, and security of the integration process.
Requirements
Technical Skills : Proven expertise in ERP integrations (preferably Workday) and familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON.
Experience with integration tools like MuleSoft, Workato, Dell Boomi, or Microsoft Data Factory.
Strong understanding of cloud architecture, SaaS solutions, and hybrid integrations.
Familiarity with API management and experience with databases for data manipulation and extraction.
Soft Skills : Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working across departments.
Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
Relevant certifications in Workday or enterprise integration tools are advantageous.
Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience with ERP integrations (Workday Finance and HCM preferred).
Demonstrated experience in integrating cloud and on-premise systems.
