Responsibilities
To undertake all work-related duties safely and in a professional manner. To drive and operate all equipment safely and competently, conducting operations such as loading/offloading trucks, performing rig site logistics, and general duties as required by the Truck Pusher and Rig Manager. Truck Pusher Position – To safely and professionally lead and manage Transport team assigned to Barrow Island Operations in accordance with operational plans and procedures. To conduct routine servicing and maintain the fleet of trucks and trailers as operated by Ensign. Support the preventative maintenance system that has been developed to cover all aspects of vehicle maintenance. Report Daily to Drilling Superintendent / Transport Manager with updates of progress or issues. Maintaining Equipment Registers and Certification Databases Maintaining and updating of supplies and documentation Reporting, Planning and Forecasting for planned maintenance and project requirements. Supporting and collaborating with infield Management to support the Rig Operations. A commitment to safety, applying safe-working practices and attendance at all safety meetings. Qualifications & Experience Requirements
Truck Driver
Minimum 5 years Transport / Truck Driving Experience in a heavy, industrial environment Minimum 2 years Road Train Experience (preferred) Hold a MC License - Essential Valid & Current Australia Driver's License Full understanding of WA Heavy Vehicle Transport Regulations Be able to successfully pass a full functional and medical assessment. Minimum all requirements for the position of Truck Driver ; plus Minimum 2 years Truck Pusher (Logistics Coordination) experience in a heavy, industrial environment leading and managing employees.
