**Your new role**
The aim of your role will be to deliver a high level of customer service to potential students, build rapport with internal and external stakeholders, ensure processing-related activities are carried out in an accurate and timely manner & to contribute to a positive team culture and enjoyable working environment.
On a day to day basis you will:
- Contact Potential Students/clients
- Generating leads
- Building rapport with customers
- Following up with current students
- Upselling and cross selling
- Increase enrolment
- Continually increase product knowledge and understanding of the wider course range
- Develop strong relationships with customers and clients
- Ensure any customer complaints and disputes are managed promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a smooth, accurate and timely flow of sales/enrolments and related documentation
**What you'll need to succeed**
- High interpersonal and communication skills
- Your passion for customer service and student support
- You are a self-starter who is results orientated and driven to exceed targets
- Customer Service Experience
- Phone based experience
- Proven sales experience
- Ideally Education experience
