In this position, you will engage closely with residents in a warm, home-like environment, supporting them to lead fulfilling lives that align with their individual desires and needs. Medication endorsed Enrolled Nurse with Authority to Practice with AHPRA is essential in this role. Where you'll be working: Discover an incredible opportunity to work at our 16-bed facility in Werris Creek, a welcoming community nestled in the heart of the Liverpool Plains Local Government Area. Our facility includes 12 permanent residential beds and 4 sub-acute beds, offering a supportive environment for both staff and residents. Werris Creek, originally inhabited by the indigenous Kamileroi people, carries a rich history, with its name meaning "a lookout point" and a legacy marked by its status as Australia's first railway town.Located at the peak of North St, our facility provides stunning views to the east, creating a serene backdrop for your work. The dedicated MPS team is known for their friendliness and deep local knowledge, with many staff members having served for years, fostering a warm and informative atmosphere. You'll be part of a committed team that takes pride in delivering exceptional care while enjoying a positive and collaborative working environment.
