About The Role: The Enquiries and Admissions Officer guides students through the enrolment process, from initial enquiry to finalising payment.
The role is an important contact point between potential students and BKI, responding to enquiries in person, over the phone, via email and online.
This includes: Provide advice to prospective students on course offering, the application processes and requirements, ensuring information is accurate and understood Consult with prospective students on recognition of prior learning and encourage and support them to undertake a BKI course Triage or resolve student enquiries face to face, over the phone, email and online, logging all complaints and feedback through the appropriate reporting channels Participate in targeted lead follow up to achieve required course enrolments Contribute to student related activities including open and experience days We are excited about you because you have: Exceptional customer service skills.
Demonstrated experience in preparing and maintaining confidential customer files and associated correspondence.
Experience in an educational environment (desirable).
