Under the guidance of the Team Manager and Team Consultant Psychiatrist, and in conjunction with team members, the Enhanced Care Clinician will provide and coordinate short to medium term additional specialist, targeted therapeutic interventions to consumers that are receiving case management services.Interventions provided will be aimed at supporting psychosocial recovery, fostering individualised recovery, independence, and improved health outcomes for consumers that have been identified as having severe and complex needs. Interventions provided could include, but not be limited to, cognitive behavioural therapy, family therapy, peer support, interventions focused on activity/vocation, or additional treatment interventions to meet physical health or drug and/or alcohol needs.Classifications for this role will range from:RPN Grade 3 NP81 - NP74 ($100,932 - $112,091 per annum)OT/SW Grade 2 YB20 - YB23 or YC42 - YC45 ($88,030 - $101,197 per annum)Psychologist Grade 2 PK1 - PK4 ($92,627 - $104,811 per annum)Your ContributionA minimum of 2 years post qualification clinical experience within Mental Health for SW, OT, and RPN.Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (all disciplines except Social Work).Current National criminal history check, or willing to obtain.What We OfferA focus on wellbeing initiatives, with regular events and programs.Confidential, solutions-focused employee counselling.A healthy work/life balance encouraged.
