Experience in completing asset inspections, defect audits and entering as-constructed plans into an Asset Management System; Experience in the use of database systems and advanced asset management software (TechnologyOne experience preferred); Experience and knowledge in the use of AutoCAD or similar, QGIS or similar GIS systems; Experience with A-SPEC Specification; Knowledge of asset financial estimating and unit rates derivation; Capable in use of spreadsheets, word processing, and SQL style databases;
