A role at Hawkeye offers exciting opportunities to work across diverse projects, using cutting-edge technology and innovative survey methodologies.Responsibilities include:Conducting high-accuracy surveys for civil, structural, mechanical, and rail projects using advanced surveying equipment.Utilising total stations, GPS, UAVs, and laser scanning to collect and analyse precise measurements.Establishing and maintaining control networks for major construction and infrastructure projects.Working collaboratively with engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all surveying activities.Processing and reporting survey data using industry-standard software such as 12d, Leica, and AutoCAD.Monitoring and assessing surveying activities, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective measures.Maintaining strong safety and quality standards, ensuring compliance with all industry regulations.What We're Looking For:Surveying Qualification – Bachelor Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in Surveying.Experience in engineering surveying, control networks, and data analysis.Proficiency in using surveying equipment (Leica preferred, but not essential).Expertise in survey-based software, including 12d, AutoCAD, etc.Strong understanding of control networks, survey methodology, and quality control.Problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail.Excellent communication skills and ability to work within multidisciplinary teams.West Australian C-Class Driver's Licence & Construction White Card required.The ability to build relationships and contribute positively to a dynamic, team-oriented culture.Remote Pilots License and experience desirable, but not essential.What We Offer:Work on major infrastructure, mining, and rail developments across WA.Clear pathways from Graduate to Senior Engineering Surveyor and beyond within a supportive and fast-growing business.Access to the latest surveying equipment and software to ensure high accuracy and efficiency.Attractive salary packages based on experience, plus 11% superannuation.DIDO, FIFO, or metro-based roles, depending on project requirements.Be part of a company that invests in its people and supports professional development.Why Hawkeye?Hawkeye Services isn't just another surveying firm—we are a relationship-driven, future-focused company committed to empowering our employees and clients.
