Community Development (Community Services & Development) Government - Federal (Government & Defence) Full time Salary: $84,627 - $91,520 p.a.
+ 15.4% Superannuation We are looking for high-performing individuals with relevant experience and capabilities to deliver outcomes in support of aged care reforms and regional stewardship measures.
Successful candidates will actively contribute to the shared purpose and direction of a team that has multiple functions across a range of aged care and health programs.
Key Responsibilities include: Strong ability and willingness to be flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities.
Ability to take initiative and work with minimal direction.
Strong organisational skills.
Demonstrated stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Highly developed written and/or oral communication skills.
Highly developed communication, negotiation, and influencing skills to engage and work collaboratively with partners and stakeholders.
