You'll be responsible for overseeing Aurora Energy's trading risk framework, including the reporting of risk exposure, monitoring of compliance with energy trading risk policies and liaising with Aurora Energy's wholesale energy team.
About the Role We have an exciting new opportunity for an Energy Risk Analyst to join our Financial Planning and Analysis team. You'll be responsible for overseeing Aurora Energy's trading risk framework, including the reporting of risk exposure, monitoring of compliance with energy trading risk policies and liaising with Aurora Energy's Wholesale Energy team.
About You With a qualification and relevant experience in Business or Economics, you'll have excellent analytical skills, demonstrating advanced spreadsheet modelling capability. You'll have experience using PowerBI and will have the ability to rapidly disseminate large amounts of financial information in a clear and effective way.You thrive in a team environment, and collaborate with others to innovate, problem solve and recommend practical solutions for the organisation. With an eye for detail, you'll be committed to delivering a consistently high standard of work that informs sound decision making within the business.
