An exciting opportunity currently exists for an enthusiastic and highly experienced Endoscopy Services Assess Manager to join our Division of Surgery, Anaesthesia & Procedural Medicine (SAPM)
The Division of SAPM is responsible for over 50,000 procedures per year delivered to the community serviced by Austin Health
SAPM undertakes over 9,000 endoscopy procedures per year across operating theatres and procedural rooms located at the Austin and Repat Campus'.
This role has several key functions that are detailed in the position description and include but not limited to;

Oversee and coordinate the management of the endoscopy patients
Establish systems for robust and effective monitoring and strengthening the engagement of HOURS to ensure all aspects of reporting requirements are met
Key lead and resource for development, implementation and improvements that arise from service improvement recommendations
Responsible for the management of all human resources (HR) requirements for the Endoscopy service team (Endoscopy Booking Office nursing staff)
