The Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra) is the national agency responsible for administering the National Registration and Accreditation Scheme (National Scheme) in partnership with 15 National Boards for the regulated health professions.
This is a full time permanent opportunity, this position can be located in any Ahpra location with a preference to Melbourne, working 5 days in the office.
Reporting to the Manager – IT Service Management and Partnership, the End User Computing (EUC) Team Leader will oversee the daily operations of the EUC team, ensuring efficient resolution of incidents and service requests. You will provide Level 2 desktop support, managing the provisioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware such as laptops, telephones, and printers. Acting as an escalation point for complex issues, you will guide the team in delivering customer-focused solutions while maintaining high service standards. Your leadership will drive team performance and ensure SLAs are met. This role requires strong technical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
About you You will be a dynamic TL with strong leadership, communication, and troubleshooting skills. You will be a problem solver able to troubleshoot complex/escalated issues. You'll lead with a focus on customer service, support team development, and ensure timely and effective solutions.
