As an End User Computing (EUC) Platform Engineer in our Digital Workplace team, you will be responsible for providing third level support in the operation and maintenance of the end user computing systems, specifically supporting our digital platforms.
In this permanent opportunity, you will work closely with operational and project teams to facilitate delivery of end user computing solutions, and where required, provide technical expertise to operationally support Australian Retirement Trust's environments and systems.
We're seeking a driven individual who prides themself on providing exceptional customer service and is keen to showcase their technical expertise in support and management activities to resolve incidents and problems within the end user services environment to meet agreed service levels and platform availability.

About you It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills.
We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them.
It's quite likely you'll tick some of the following boxes too: Proven ability to effectively plan, prioritize and manage multiple and competing activities to deliver IT services to meet business expectations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain, support and implement upgrades to Australian Retirement Trust's end user systems.
Strong oral and written communication skills when leading major incident resolution, supporting root cause analysis of problem records with managed service providers and stakeholders at all levels.
Proven expertise in both business and technical facets of the role including experience in one or more of the following areas: Microsoft 365 Suite of Products; Microsoft Exchange Online and On-premises, Microsoft SharePoint, One Drive and Teams ( essential ); Virtualization technologies including Citrix; MOE Management tools including ConfigMgr; Intune; AutoPilot and Group Policy; Cloud technologies; Application Packaging; Application Integration; Client-Side Monitoring; Remote Access solutions; Resource and Capacity Planning; Managed Operating System Deployment; Patch management; AD, DNS, DHCP; SSL, CIS Hardening, Security Vulnerability Management, Mobile Device Management (MDM).
