The opportunity As an Employment Relations Officer your primary focus will be on promoting positive working relationships, resolving conflicts and ensuring compliance with employment law.
You will provide advice and support to employees and managers in relation to employment conditions, performance management, Code of Conduct, grievances and dispute resolution.
You will also assist with the development, review and implementation of Organisational policies and procedures.
Role responsibilities As an Employment Relations Officer in ASIO, you will: Respond to and provide advice to staff and management on queries related to complaints and ASIO's Code of Conduct.
Progress and manage Code of Conduct complaints including (under supervision) the administration of complex case management investigations related to workplace behaviour and conduct matters.
Provide guidance to staff to ensure consistent interpretation and application of Organisational policies and frameworks.

Location These positions are located in Canberra, Melbourne and Sydney and applicants must be willing to relocate.
Relocation assistance is provided to successful candidates where ASIO requires you to relocate.
