Our client, a leading law firm in Cardiff, is seeking an Employment Law Senior Associate to join their esteemed specialist Employment team in Cardiff. As a valued member of the team, you will provide expert advice on all areas of employment law to a diverse range of clients across the public, private, and third sectors. As an Employment Law Senior Associate, you can expect a dynamic blend of contentious and non-contentious work. Your responsibilities will encompass disputes, general advisory work, corporate support, as well as client training when required. Our client represents leading employers across various sectors, offering a wide range of interesting and challenging cases. Moreover, you will have ample opportunities to shape your own development, engage in business development activities, and contribute to seminars, webinars, and networking events. Collaborating closely with the three Cardiff Partners, you will also play a crucial role in supervising and mentoring junior team members.
