Our businesses include a wholesale plant nursery, packaging and assembly services, a cafe, retail stores and garden maintenance.We currently have an opportunity for a new Employment Coach to join our team located at Bayswater working within Knoxbrooke Pack + Assemble.ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITYAs an Employment Coach, you will work 1:1 with our Supported Employees, providing guidance and support in their employment while undertaking packaging and production tasks. Working in the Supported Employment Services Team, you will use your skills and experience in the disability sector to take a person-centred approach to assisting Supported Employees to maintain their employment, learn new skills, and manage behaviours that may impact productivity.
