You'll be responsible for using claims legislation and case law to coordinate and obtain information from key stakeholders to determine the acceptance or rejection of claims, and communicate decisions and updates with Injured Workers and Employers. The key focus of the Eligibility process is to determine, for recently lodged claims, if the claims is compensible within Workers Compensation frameworks, and investigating if the injury sustained is as a result of work.In this fast-paced role, you'll utilize your analytical skills and technical knowledge to make fair and accurate decisions on claims within 28 days.
