Key Responsibilities: Interpret Specifications: Accurately interpret electrical specifications and ensure strict adherence to them throughout all phases of the project.Review & Cross-Reference Construction Plans: Competently interpret detailed construction plans, specifications, and drawings, with the ability to cross-reference multiple disciplines, including electrical, mechanical, and architectural, ensuring all work is integrated seamlessly.Deck Experience & Setout: Extensive experience with deck installations. Responsible for setout and installation of electrical services, ensuring all services are accurately covered and properly installed as per design and client requirements.Utilize Software: Proficiency in industry software is essential, including Excel for data tracking, SimPRO for project management, and Outlook for communication. Capable of producing detailed reports, schedules, and project documentation.OH&S & Compliance: Thorough understanding and ability to enforce Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) regulations on-site. Ensure compliance with company policies and Australian electrical standards to maintain a safe, efficient, and legal working environment.Client & Stakeholder Management: Maintain positive working relationships with clients and stakeholders. Ensure constant communication and updates regarding project progress, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.Leadership & Team Supervision: Lead and mentor a team of electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors. Provide guidance on technical issues, ensure quality work, and manage workflow to meet project deadlines.Problem Solving & Decision Making: Quickly identify and resolve issues on-site, applying practical solutions and coordinating with project managers and engineers as necessary.Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Leading Hand or Senior Electrician in commercial electrical projects.Proven experience managing teams and subcontractors on large-scale electrical installations.Strong knowledge of Australian electrical standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach.Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.Familiarity with project management tools such as SimPRO and advanced proficiency in Excel and Outlook.White Card and relevant licenses and certifications for electrical work in Australia. #J-18808-Ljbffr
