As the Electrical Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our electrical construction projects by providing accurate cost estimates and project proposals. What you'll be doing Analysing project requirements and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimatesResearching and sourcing materials, labour, and subcontractor pricing to ensure competitive and accurate quotesCollaborating with project managers, builders, and consultants to understand project scope and requirementsPreparing and submitting comprehensive project proposals and tender documentsIdentifying potential risks and providing recommendations to mitigate themMaintaining a thorough understanding of industry regulations, standards, and best practicesContinuously seeking opportunities to improve estimating processes and proceduresWhat we're looking for Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrician or Estimator in the construction industryStrong understanding of electrical systems, construction methods, and industry regulationsProficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and blueprintsExcellent numerical and analytical skills to accurately calculate costs and quantitiesProven track record of working on and delivering commercial projectsExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teamsAbility to work independently and prioritise tasks to meet tight deadlinesWhat we offerAt Innovative Cabling Pty Ltd, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
