This job offer is not available in your country.Delivering 4 Customers (D4C) is a consortium comprising of industry-leading Tier 1 organisations John Holland, Service Stream, and WSP.Sydney Water has partnered with D4C to deliver design, construction, maintenance, and facilities management services across their southern region - from Bondi to Gerringong, and out to Georges River.D4C is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer to join a dynamic, diverse, and high-performing team in an exciting time of growth.We need your skills and expertise to help Sydney Water deliver a $34 billion program over the next 10 years to build, maintain, and protect the future of our iconic water resources.Primary PurposeThis role involves ensuring the successful delivery of projects in Sydney Water's Treatment program. Supporting construction leads, managing project timelines, overseeing the tender process, and ensuring time, cost, quality, and regulatory standards are met.Key AccountabilitiesSupporting Construction Leads to ensure allocated projects are delivered to scope within time, cost, quality, and regulatory standards.Setting daily, weekly, and long-term project programs to achieve required project outputs with plant, labour, materials, and resources.Monitoring and reviewing costs, invoices, and claims for allocated projects.Contributing to the constructability of a project with respect to design development.Overseeing the tender process, including evaluation and award of subcontract procurement packages, applying pre-contract knowledge of design, planning, and legislative requirements.Monitoring the quality and quantities of incoming equipment and material against drawings and specifications, arranging corrections or modifications where necessary as per Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).Analysing and utilising document and record management systems to track progress and project performance, and ensure compliance reporting.Ensuring the successful delivery of work packages, by managing the performance of Subcontractors and the Self-Perform workforce.Liaising and coordinating with all external parties and relevant statutory authorities, managing their attendance on site as necessary.Contributing to and fostering a good safety, quality, environment, and community culture within D4C, supporting our mission to Deliver Differently.Minimum RequirementsBachelor Degree in Engineering, Science, Building Construction, Construction Management, or equivalent.Minimum 5-10 years' engineering experience.Driver's licence is essential.White Card is desirable.We welcome and encourage applications from diverse backgrounds, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, LGBTQIA+, people with disability, people with caring responsibilities, people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, and veterans.What's next?If this sounds like you, click 'Apply' and send an up-to-date CV outlining your skills and experience.
