Why this role?
There are many aspects to this role and company which make it a really appealing one. What sticks out for me is the broad range of engineering work which means you'll never get "stuck" doing one thing. The business will encourage you to not only play to your strengths, but also develop in other areas and help you grow as an individual. Whether it's learning new simulation tools or working on your stakeholder management skills, you will have the opportunity to develop yourself.
They are a fun and inclusive team to work for, and I know many of the engineers there who enjoy the day-to-day because of the culture that's been implemented.
