The Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission serves to enhance the safety, health, and quality of life for aged care recipients.
As a national regulator, their goal is to build trust in the aged care system by promoting consumer empowerment and holding providers accountable to quality standards.
The Sector Education team creates resources to help providers and consumers understand regulatory practices and improve service delivery.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
Collect and report on usage data, identifying gaps and opportunities.
Compile monthly reports on usage and sentiment data.
Understand learner needs to manage and prioritize requirements.
Segment audiences for targeted educational product delivery.
Conduct UX workshops, focus groups, and surveys.
Collaborate with Sector Education team leaders to align products with objectives.
Liaise with stakeholders for product enhancement and relevance.
Work with Communications team to increase product awareness and participation.

Candidates must be Australian citizens, and appointment is subject to a police check.
The role offers a non-ongoing contract for up to 12 months, with possible extension.
