EL 1 Financial Operations & Systems ManagerONGOING / NON-ONGOING VACANCYBusiness Partnership and Strategy, Corporate Services Branch, Canberra (C00749)AFMA is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced candidate to fill the role of Financial Operations & Systems Manager in the Corporate Services Branch, located in the Majura Park office in Canberra.Reporting directly to the Chief Finance Officer (CFO), this position is suitable for a highly experienced financial accountant with strong business partnering and leadership qualities. This position will predominantly be responsible for AFMA's financial operations function, including management of high-quality financial statements, overseeing financial operations processes, and overseeing AFMA's Financial Management Information System, TechOne.The BPS section is a small, dynamic, and innovative team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Budget and Cost Recovery Manager to build transferable skills and to support when required.EligibilityAFMA staff are employed under the Australian Public Service Act 1999.
