This job offer is not available in your country.Position: Architects (Information & Communication Technology)Full timeThe National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) implements the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), which supports more than 600,000 participants with significant and permanent disabilities.A new role awaitsThe NDIA is seeking highly motivated professionals with enterprise architecture and leadership experience to join the agency as EL1 Enterprise Architects.The Enterprise Architecture and Governance Branch provides enabling services for the entire Chief Information Officer (CIO) Division, including Financial and Business Management, Technical Delivery, Governance Risk and Assurance, and Enterprise Architecture functions.Where you can add valueThe EL1 Enterprise Architect is responsible for:Working closely with the EL2 Enterprise Architects to build the maturity of enterprise architecture.Engaging with ICT and business stakeholders to develop and maintain architecture roadmaps.Providing technical oversight and facilitating complex issue resolution during project planning, discovery, and delivery.Presenting recommendations and solutions appropriate for the NDIA environment and business priorities.Representing the solutions being developed through all relevant governance processes.Leading, coaching, and managing staff, including performance and capability building.Enough about us, let's talk about youOur ideal candidate is an experienced mentor and coach with a continuous improvement mindset. You should have a demonstrated Enterprise Architecture background, skills, and industry experience across financial, health, or government sectors.TOGAF certification or equivalent IT architectural qualification is highly desirable but not a requirement.Working at the NDIA, it is essential to have a positive contemporary attitude towards people with disabilities.Your NDIA ExperienceYou will work in a socially inclusive and culturally diverse workplace, making a meaningful impact in the lives of Australians.While this role is ideally performed from various locations, remote working arrangements may be considered.Successful candidates will undergo a pre-employment National Police History check, Worker Screening check, and obtain an Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA) Baseline Security Clearance.Applications close at 11:30 PM (AEDT) on 26 November 2024.NDIA is committed to supporting an inclusive and diverse workforce and encourages applications from People with Disabilities, First Nations peoples, and individuals from diverse backgrounds.
