21st November, 2024 Play a key role in the management, commercial development and overall leadership to the Registered Training and Higher Education Operations for ALPA with a focus on the smooth delivery of high-quality services to participants.
Over 1,800 remote learners have completed apprenticeships or qualifications through ALPA.
This dedication to quality training outcomes saw ALPA recognised as runner-up as Small Training Provider of the Year in the 2023 NT Training Awards.
ALPA was also recognised as NT Large Employer of the Year in 2015 and 2016 and placed in the top three in the same category at the following two National Awards.

Maximise the quality of delivery and commercial outcomes for the Retail and Community Services training streams through effective leadership and management team development.
Develop and deliver additional accredited and non-accredited streams through direct delivery or partnerships.
Lead grant applications and internal funding requests together with viable business plans to expand service delivery and increase sources of revenue.
Lead and manage a team of educators and administrative staff Develop and manage the Education and Training Department budget.
Nurture relationships across the higher education, training and Indigenous Corporations space.
Work closely with the Community Services and Retail management team to deliver services that are appropriate for the participants.
Step in and train/assess when required to ensure achievement of completions About You Significant experience working in management role in a Registered Training Organisation.
TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Significant people management experience Experience managing and acquitting government training contracts, grants and fee for reservice programs.
Project, budget and personnel management experience.
