Job Description About the team
The Operations and Service Delivery team, comprising seven specialized units, operates nationally to offer over 50 diverse services to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including members, clients, vendors, and staff. Our core mission is to deliver exceptional customer experiences that enhance our brand and amplify our impact.
The Program Delivery Team are the primary point of contact for the AICD's portfolio of B2C & B2B courses and initiatives held regionally, nationally and internationally, both face-to-face and virtually.
About the role
As the Education Program Coordinator, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of AICD's full range of courses and initiatives, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all participants. This role is central to the success of our programs, acting as the primary point of contact for all course-related queries and managing everything from logistics to participant communications.
You will coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and facilitators to ensure a high-quality experience for both virtual and in-person programs. Your ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and collaborate effectively will be key to maintaining the smooth running of each course or event, delivering an exceptional experience for all.

Your remit will be broad and will include:
Collaborate with the Education Program Team Leader and team members to implement AICD programs and agreed deliverables Act as the primary contact for participants and members, monitoring all communication streams to resolve queries or concerns. Facilitate and host on-site courses and online sessions for members and participants. Prepare alleducation program administration including registration procedures, agendas, briefs, course notes, and welcome emails. Manage logistic needs including coordinating with venues, presenters, catering, set up and set down, and related administrative functions. Maintain systems with accurate records, related administrative tasks and financial processes. Engage with key internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely and quality deliverables. Support the ongoing operational excellence of the Business Centre Member Lounge, when required. Travel as required to support the program schedule and ensure successful on-site delivery of courses and events. Desired Skills and Experience About you
You will have strong technical aptitude and previous relevant experience, and you will champion the AICD "OneTeam" approach and values of: Accountability, Respect, Excellence and Collaboration . In addition, you will also have the following:
3 years' experience in a customer-facing role, such as project or event coordination, within a professional environment Proven experience delivering exceptional quality and customer service standards. Understanding of financial administration including reconciling invoices and reporting Highly developed interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to oversee multiple programs concurrently. Excellent presentation and public speaking skills Technical proficiency with workplace systems and tools including Zoom and Microsoft Office Solutions focused mindset and ability to escalate complex issues Ability to work autonomously while also contributing to a collaborative team environment. Food Safety and RSA certification is beneficial. Ability to perform First Aid and Fire Warden duties as required, training is provided.
