Joining a market-leading Home, Decor & Accessories business, as part of their high-performing eCommerce & Digital team.An opportunity to join a widely recognised, market-leading Home Decor & Accessories brand, supporting on activity across all Digital channels and working within a super high-performing team.The Role:You will play a pivotal part in the growth & optimisation of the online eCommerce platform for this adored lifestyle & accessories brand.
You will be responsible for coordinating a range of online trading activity, across merchandising, uploading, email coordination & trade reporting, learning and working with some of the best Retail traders in the industry!Key Responsibilities & Skills:Demonstrated experience in an eCommerce & Digital role, preferably within the Retail sector.Hands-on experience and knowledge of Shopify Plus or a similar CMS tool would be highly advantageous.A strategic and forward-thinking mindset, with the ability to bring suggestions & ideas to drive growth & optimise further.Experience with managing and executing Email Marketing campaigns would be highly regarded.Extensive knowledge and experience in executing online merchandising and content strategies.Strong understanding of Google Analytics and the ability to pull out key data sets and reporting.The ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively across a wide Digital, Marketing & eCommerce team.The Benefits:Joining a market-leading, widely celebrated and omni-channel Accessories brand with a huge presence.
