What we need
OneCare currently has a Permanent Part Time position available for a skilled and enthusiastic TECA Team Leader to join our team and lead the Extended Care Assistants in providing direct holistic care to consumers at Rubicon Grove.
What you bring to the role
Prior experience working in an extended care assistant position or equivalent:
A certificate 3 in Aged Care or Equivalent (completion of Aged Care units is Essential), with a Certificate 4 in Aged Care desirable. Experience in a leadership position, or the ability to take on a leadership position and hit the ground running. A desire to create a positive experience for residents. Above all else, we want you to provide exceptional care to all residents and be a member of the OneCare and wider community.
