You'll be responsible for the supervision of work completed by contractors for vegetation access track maintenance and you'll also foster good working relationships with landholders.About You:The key to your success will be your proven practical and broad-ranging knowledge and experience of land management, including implementing procedures, processes, and systems related to land management and contractual activities.Before you apply, you'll require the following qualifications and experience:Advanced Diploma in Conservation and Land Management or equivalent qualification.A 'C' class Driver's License.Minimum five (5) years working experience in the Utility sector or other relevant industry.Contract management experience is desirable.Well-developed people management skills including supervising, mentoring, and coaching skills, with the ability to successfully manage all aspects of contractor performance, coaching, and technical support in one-on-one or team environments.Demonstrated practical and broad knowledge of land management.Demonstrated ability to prioritise and delegate work to meet required targets.About us:Ergon Energy Network and Energex are part of the Energy Queensland group of companies, 100% owned by the state of Queensland.
