We are looking for a talented and engaging pre-sales consultant to join our team and support our ongoing growth.
This role is based in Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane, and is focused on supporting our sales team across different industry solutions, providing pre-sales and consulting services.
In this role, you will be one of the faces of Fusion5, leaving lasting impressions on our new and existing customers.
We expect your passion and expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement to shine through as you guide our customers to the right solution to meet their needs.
We need someone who enjoys engaging with customers, listening to customer wants and pain points, using their insight to design and create what customers actually need.
It's a unique opportunity to architect and sell solutions that drive real change in our customers' businesses.
You will:Work with the sales team to understand customers' business requirements encompassing proposition for change, future vision, and desired outcomes.Take ownership of tender responses, both supporting and in support of the broader response team.Investigate and evaluate solutions to meet customers' needs.Define, design, and specify solutions consistent with 'best practices' and 'fit for purpose' principles in Dynamics 365 and related Power App components.Develop and deliver high-quality customised presentations and demonstrations that position the Dynamics 365 product features/benefits as the best solution available to prospective clients.Stay up to date on the rapidly evolving Microsoft business apps platforms.Bring a commercially mature approach to estimating and pricing project opportunities.You will have:Strong technical or functional background with the capability to operate at the highest level whilst understanding and influencing the detail.5 or more years of experience in a lead Dynamics 365 role, working on multiple project types.Recent and relevant experience across Microsoft's core Dynamics 365 CE apps, Power Platform, and Microsoft Dataverse.Ability to synthesise a complete solution picture from limited or missing information.Ability to work with strong stakeholders, yet articulate outcomes/design decisions that deliver valuable insights based on the solution design.Strong business acumen and an ability to drive clear and tangible business outcomes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (a must).About Fusion5Fusion5 provides business solutions that add real commercial value to our customers.
