Duty Manager / Supervisor (Multiple Positions)The Prince of Wales Hotel is seeking experienced Duty Managers to be hands-on, drive customer service, and enhance hotel revenue.
What you will be responsible for: Reporting directly to the Venue Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, coordinating shifts, upholding and adhering to all liquor and gaming license requirements, providing outstanding customer service, supervising team members, and promoting a positive experience for staff and patrons.
Key Responsibility Areas: Provide friendly customer service to our patrons across both venuesGeneral gaming area serviceAbility to use both TAB & Keno outletsEnsure that excellent standards of cleaning and hygiene are maintained in all areasManaging staff on shift including break allocationConflict resolution and complaint managementPerform any other duties as reasonably required by management.Key Competencies, Qualifications, Experience and Attributes: Current RSA, RSG, Advanced Gaming Training, and Gaming Manager Certification requiredExperience within a Gaming Room and Licensed VenueHospitality background is essentialExperience with opening and closing proceduresAvailable to work flexibly across a 24/7 roster that may include split shifts, night time, weekends, and public holidaysComprehensive knowledge of food and beverages (service and styles)A can-do attitude, a guest-first mindset, and a desire to deliver a positive and memorable experience to all our customers.Application Process: To apply for this position, please submit an application addressing the above requirements, including a cover letter and a detailed resume via Seek.
