The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:Sound knowledge and previous experience in food and beverage service.Excellent customer service.Strong administrative skills (ordering, rostering, stock control etc).Experience in training and coaching other employees.Exceptional leadership qualities, hard-working, reliable, and a flexible attitude.Strong communication skills and attention to detail with the ability to work together with other departments.Thrive under pressure and in a busy environment.Must have current RSA and Approved Manager License WA.Who we are looking for:The successful applicant will be able to work as part of a team as well as on their own and have previous experience in the hospitality industry.To be considered for this position you should possess the following attributes:Strong customer focus and a passion for customer service (can-do attitude).Work well under pressure.Well presented.Enthusiastic team player.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.We are looking for candidates who are available to work a full-time roster, including weekends and public holidays.
