The club is searching for a capable, hands-on Duty Manager to lead by example, fostering an enjoyable and professional atmosphere for both staff and patrons.
About the Role:
As Duty Manager, you'll be on the floor actively leading the team, supervising up to 20 staff during busy shifts, and ensuring smooth, high-quality service. With a strong focus on floor management, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is team-oriented, and can confidently lead with empathy. While gaming experience is not necessary, the role provides opportunities for skills growth and is perfect for a hands-on manager ready to grow within a club environment.
Your Skills and Experience:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar hands-on duty manager role Strong people management skills and approachable leadership style Excellent floor management skills in a high-volume, food-focused environment Physical fitness and stamina to keep up with a dynamic venue Adaptability and willingness to learn the gaming side (training provided) Your Benefits and Rewards:
