The role, available on a casual basis (around 30 hours), at the Redbrick Hotel boasts a distinctive charm and features a seafood restaurant providing full table service in a relaxed yet professional atmosphere. Additionally, we offer a cosy bar and gaming room.
Skills and Experience includes:A minimum of a year in a supervisory/management role in the industryProficiency in both food and beverage servicesA strong understanding of wagering and gamingCan reliably ensure the smooth running of the hotel's operations during shiftsProficiency in completing cash reconciliations on an accurate and timely basisProactively supervises team members by providing clear and consistent guidance, ensuring adherence to standards, and promoting a harmonious team atmosphereFlexible availability on days, nights, weekends, and public holidays when the business requiresPossess current RSA, RSG, and a RMLV is preferredIf you are reliable, responsible, and a committed duty manager/supervisor looking for an exciting opportunity, this role is for you.
