As we continue to grow, we are thrilled to announce that our exciting new project, Paulsens East (located in the Pilbara, 2 hours west of Paraburdoo) is now in operation.
The remarkable achievements at this site so far have sparked an increase in our operational demands. We now require Drill Fitters to become a vital part of the Terra Mining Maintenance Team.
About The Position Working a 2&2 roster and reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will be responsible for the maintenance, servicing and repairs to our blast hole drill fleet and ensuring they are operational for the drill operations.
Your day-to-day activities will include but not limited to:
Major repairs and servicing of all drills on site.Ensure equipment is maintained safely and timely to minimize cost and increase productivity.Diagnostic fault finding on mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems.Carry out drill breakdown repairs in the field and work shop.Ensuring all repair jobs are documented and reported.What You Will Bring Proven prior experience working with a range of drill rigs (preferable blast hole).Trade certification (HD Fitter)Trade qualified as a Heavy Duty MechanicExperience fault finding breakdowns and repairsBe able to work autonomously or as part of a teamValid Manual C Class Driver's Licence.Working at Heights ticketA positive attitude to teamwork and safetyStrong attention to detailWhat We Offer Long-term employment opportunities in a rapid growth company, where you are recognised for your safe mindset and the contributions you make to the success of the business.
