We have an opportunity for an experienced Dragline and CHPP Coordinator to lead the safe and efficient shutdown activities to the Marion 8050 Dragline fleet at South Walker Creek mine.
Job Description As a Dragline and CHPP Coordinator you will:
Define, prepare, execute and closeout dragline shutdown activities.
Maintain, demonstrate and promote an overriding commitment to health, safety and culture.
Coach, review and develop multi-skilled trades personnel to ensure their skills are optimised effectively.
Integrate planned maintenance tasks, run-down and set-up plans, pre-shutdown preparation works etc.
into an agreed deliverable plan.
Ensure all labour, equipment and material requirements are identified and in place for the shutdown.
Track and report planning progress and completion forecasting.
Monitor and assist in the control of schedule interrupt work and scope creep.
Be responsible for daily processing of SAP workflow.
Qualifications About You
Relevant trade background in Engineering - Mechanical/Electrical.
Previous experience leading the Planning or Project Controls of shutdowns and service days (or similar projects) of draglines.
Demonstrated proficiency in the full suite of Microsoft products (Excel, Project, etc.)
and SAP experience an advantage.
Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
Good understanding of maintenance systems and planning concepts.
Ability to work to deadlines within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
A proven track record of Safety within an operational environment.
