Draftsperson (Archicad)

My client are a successful homebuilder who have been operating in Melbourne for the past 5 years. They have grown significantly in that time and have further impressive growth plans in place. They specialize in greenfield housing and Knock Down Rebuild projects. My client are looking for a Draftsperson who has the capability to step in a leadership role down the track. The Role Local Construction knowledge essential The role would be working within a team of experienced ArchiCAD users Working drawings including relevant construction details as programmed; Ensure quality checks are completed at each stage; Ensure drawings and documentation accurately reflect any dispensations, Council and/or Developer requirements; Prioritising and delivery of conflicting deadlines and deliverables Reporting to the Drafting Manager; Work closely with internal departments The Successful Applicant: Over 3 years experience working for a residential builder Must be proficient in ArchiCAD software Good knowledge of Rescode, NCC, Building Regs, Strong time management skills An understanding of Design and Construction To apply, simply send your CV to ****** or alternatively for a confidential discussion about this or other roles that we have available please contact Tom Stephenson directly on 0439 285 864 .
