• Permanent Part-time positions at VMCH, O'Neill House - Prahran • Great culture with a supportive and inclusive environment • Base rate of $25-26 per hour and excellent Not for Profit Salary Packaging Benefits About the roleWe are looking for reliable, caring and compassionate Domestic Services Assistants (DSA) to bring joy to our resident's day. Working as part of a friendly and close-knit team, you will:
Carry out a range of domestic tasks to maintain hygiene standards in a home-like environmentCleaning residents' rooms including ensuites, furniture and equipment, as appropriate, and communal and administrative areasEnsure common living areas, hallways and all other areas of the facility (including front entrance courtyards, verandas) are maintained in a clean and tidy and safe conditionEnsure the safe storage, security and labelling of appropriate cleaning materials in line with the MSDS, and in consultation with the Residential Services Manager, while being aware of the environmental requirements of cleaning products and their disposalReplenishing cleaning liquids and materials whilst observing safety proceduresReport stock shortages, breakages, building, equipment or furnishing defects promptly to the Residential Services ManagerThis opportunity is perfect for someone who is looking for flexible working hours – we are able to offer a minimum of 3 days per week for morning, afternoon and evening shifts over a 7-day roster.
