Domain Architect to manage the HR platform at a well-known insurance firm in Melbourne CBD.

Key responsibilities for this role include:
Managing architecture for the HR platform, working closely with the HR function
Work on initiatives in the nascent stages, getting involved in the RFP process
Extensive engagement, working heavily with stakeholders across the business
Engage vendors and educate key people in the business
Explore enterprise architecture constructs, develop roadmaps and obtain client requirements
The successful candidate will have:
Strong architecture experience, particularly around HR systems such as Successfactors and Workday
Extensive experience engaging senior stakeholders and vendors
Experience working on the early stages of initiatives, including in the RFP process
Roadmap and strategy development experience
