The Opportunity: The expansion of Ampcontrol services in Western Australia supports the new company vision to lead the global energy revolution.
Ampcontrol is focused on diversifying and growing the business with a key focus on renewable energy manufacturing and supporting our customers in decarbonisation and mine site electrification.
Ampcontrol WA are currently looking for a detail-oriented Document Controller with experience in managing project documentation to join our dynamic Kewdale team on a permanent full-time basis.
The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Service Delivery teams in developing, implementing, and managing improvements to the document control processes.
Key responsibilities will include: Working with the Service Delivery Teams to determine any specific documentation requirements.
Ensuring there is a tracking system in place to monitor and manage the document development progress on all active work and tenders.
Assisting with and providing any administrative and document development support as required.
Ensuring that drawings and any other related technical documentation is properly managed and controlled between the project, design, and site teams.
Managing the flow of all technical incoming and outgoing documents such as receiving, recording, distributing, and filing.
Ensuring compliancy and consistency across corporate documents and record management requirements.
Liaising with external and internal contractors, clients, and suppliers, and ensuring submissions are consistent with the project management system.
What We're Looking For: Your ability to encourage colleagues to become effective users of the document control system will also be met with the following: 3+ years' experience in managing project documentation to a high standard.
High level of competence in information systems and information database management.
Advanced skills in relevant Microsoft Office software applications.
Experience working within a manufacturing environment (Desirable).
Previous experience with document control tools.
Experience in resolving problems - both technical and organisational implementation matters.
