What's on offer? We wish to complement our existing team with an experienced Document Controller for our Water Projects within our Fulton Hogan Utilities business, focusing on the SA Water Capital Delivery Program.
This role is based in the Adelaide CBD with occasional site visits to support our project teams.

In this role you'll be responsible for: Maintain the implementation of the Project Electronic Document Record Management System (EDRMS). Receiving and recording technical documents including drawings and specifications. Liaising internally and with client, subcontractor document controllers, and designers/drafters. Transmitting project drawings and documents. Maintain an Electronic Document Record Management System (EDRMS) that supports efficient information management. Plan, supervise, and record document flow to and from all necessary parties. Maintain a central project control system, covering project team, client, vendor, and third-party documentation. How you'll connect to the role: Experience in a similar role preferably in an engineering or construction environment. Knowledge of contractual requirements of document flows, document control protocols, and electronic document management systems. Proficient in the use and administration of Aconex (Documents, Mail, Field, etc.
). Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills across both verbal and written mediums. Proficient with Microsoft Excel & Office and excellent computer skills.
